4. What makes xsstock different from other excess stock websites? We different because we are the only web site in Australia that it is free to browse for a product as a buyer and free to list a product as a seller. |

6. How do I add the item to my shopping trolley?
Click the orange text on the bottom left of the product details page OR click on the product image on the product details page. You will then be taken to the trolley page where you can change the quantity of products. |

7. How do I delete an item from my shopping trolley?
To delete a product form your shopping trolley just cange the product quantity to 0 (zero) and hit ENTER or TAB keys.

8. How do I use the shopping trolley?
The shopping trolley (cart) behaves in much the same way as a trolley at the supermarket. You select products for purchase by adding them to your trolley and then take the trolley to the checkout to make a payment for the products.
You can view your trolley and it's contents at any time by clicking on the VIEW CART text at the bottom of the product details page or on the left below the Categories Menu. From here you can change the quantity of your selected products or remove them from your trolley.
Once you are happy with the products and quantites in your trolley press the Cash Register button at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken through to the paymant gateway where you can select a payment method and make payment for your goods. |

9. How much will I be charged for delivery?
The delivery charge will depend on the size and quantity of the product and the method of transport used. The seller will list the available transport methods in the product description. The buyer will send the courier/transport to pick up the goods. This means the buyer selects the courier/transport method and therefore is responsible for all charges for shipping. |

10. How long does delivery take?
Your courier company should be able to give you delivery times at the time you book the job. |

11. Can I have my goods delivered to a post office box?
Yes, if the goods are small enough. Of course you couldn't get a pallet of bricks or tiles (for example) delivered to a post office box, but a small item such as a power point should be accepteble. |

12. What happens if I am not home when the goods are delivered?
Please chack with your courier/transport company as to the procedure to follow if you won't be home for the delivery. |

13. How do I check what stage my order is at?
The status of your orders are listed in the "My Account" section of the xsstock.com.au website, under the "My Orders" menu item.

You can not change your email address yourself. You must contact XSSTOCK to change your email as this is your user name and is used for site security.

Yes you can add as many items as you like to your order. Just click the product image or the ADD TO CART text on the product page. This will add the products to your trolley and take you to the trolley page. |

20. Do I have to have goods delivered to my address?
No. You can list any address for the delivery of goods. |

21. Can I have the goods delivered to more than one address?
You can organise this with the seller once the purchase has been made. |

22. My account says that my order has been placed but it has not been dispatched. Why?
The Seller should contact you after you make a purchase. If the seller has not contacted you within 7 days please notify XSSTOCK. |

23. My delivery has not arrived within the expected time. What do I do?
To find out why your delivery has not arrived by the expected time you should contact your courier company and ask them. |

25. How to price your products correctly?
Products should be priced so that your products sells. This means the product should be less that a trade/retail price. If the product is damaged the price should be at least 1/2 of the retail price. |
