Hi Lola Great to hear from you, we would be very keen to assist and this is a project that we specialise in all the way from measure to completion. Yes you will need a steel beam installed over this span as your windows no doubt have a brick area in between - (this brick area helps to hold what is probably a tiled roof up) - Tile or colorbond the beam will be required. Just the same a very straight forward job. Costing as follows (I will come out and confirm all details if you would like to progress on the discusstions.) We do cedar and aluminium bifolds with a very good retractable screen - The Brio retractable.
