Instructions for buying from XSSTOCK

	Follow these 3 simple steps to make a purchase:
1	Find and select a product.
	Products can be found by Searching or Browsing or by selecting a category from the menu on the left. Contact the Seller of the product you want via their details at the bottom of each add.
2	Pay for your product.
	Contact the Seller for the product and deal direct with them for payment. Or use the Payment options which are displayed on the product details page.
3	Pick up your product.
	You can arrange a Courier to pick up your goods or in some cases you can pick up the product yourself. Shipping options are detailed in the product description for each product and Seller.

Instructions for selling on XSSTOCK

	Follow these 3 simple steps to make a Sale :
1	Register as a seller.
	Once registered you will be sent a username and password to login to your secure area. Xsstock Will then contact you to discuss your requirements for product listings and price structures.
2	Enter your products.
	Once logged in to your account, click on “sell individual” and fill in the information required, then click save at the bottom of the page. Now click the box to the left of the item and click the save icon (floppy disk) Make sure you list as much information about your product to attract the buyers attention, including a picture and a pricing.
3	Prepare the products that have been sold ready for courier or pickup from the buyer.
	The buyer will contact you to organise picking up the goods or organising a courier.

 

Helpful Hints for selling your products on the XSSTOCK web site.

Xsstock is committed in helping to sell your product as quickly as possible. In order to best achieve this please consider using some of the pointers we have outlined below. The Title should indicate as accurately as possible what the product is eg. "Assorted sizes of brass counter-sunk wood screws" is better than just saying "bag of screws". A buyer will be more attracted to a product if they feel confident they are buying the product they need. Supplying as many details as you can about a product will help the buyer make the choice to purchase your product.  The description about your product will also help your product become recognised with search engines such as Google.   Including details such as possible uses or applications of a particular product may be helpful for the purchaser to make a decision. Listing the trades that may use your product may also help a buyer make the right decision. Please list the RRP of your product if you are selling it at a discounted price so the buyer knows they are buying a bargain. Explain if your product is : Used , 2nd Hand, Scratch of dented, over stocked item, over ordered item, liquidated stock, still in box etc. List the details of your product such as : Make / Brand , Model / Version, Year of manufacture, Specifications, Colour, Weight (kg), Height (cm), Depth (cm), Width (cm) and Length (cm) etc. List the features of your product like : Well suited for.., Used for .., Ready to use, Can be used with.., Hard to find, Perfect replacement for.. , Unit Type : eg: Each, I only, Per 10,Per 100,Per packet, For the lot, For the total of...etc Include details such as the condition/age/usability of the product if it's not new or if your product is old stock. Remember the better the description the more chances of a sale. If you don't detail your product well chances are you will have to answer these questions from interested buyers or maybe even loose a sale. Images To save time uploading images make sure your digital camera is set to only take an image around 800 x 600 pix. The smallest and fastest size to submit is 640 x 480. If you have your camera set to take a large image (3 or 5 mega-pixels for example) then the image will be larger in size and will take longer to send to the site.
