How it works..

The Heltech Slab System is an engineered slab system built on the ground and fully supported by a network of screw piers. It has been developed to provide an efficient and

reliable solution to differential movement of the slab caused by near surface soils affected by soil swell/shrinkage or fill settlement. All strip footings have been eliminated and internal beams minimized by replacing them with a stiffened edge beam and a network of internal

drop panels. Heltech Industries supply and install their screw piers at a fraction of the cost

of concrete footings.
