Adjusting a door: when a door is dragging, it’s not always easy to find where to sand it. Apply lipstick to the doorframe, in the general area where the door drags. Open and close the door. It should leave a mark precisely where you need to sand it!
Anti-slip for outdoors stairs: wet stairs can be very slippery and dangerous. A simple trick is to spray a thin layer of sand after painting, when the paint is still fresh. Once the paint is dry, your stairs won’t be slippery anymore.
Removing wallpaper: in a bucket, a quarter full of warm water, add the same quantity of warm white vinegar. Wet the wall with a sponge and use a spatula to remove the wallpaper from bottom to top. Make sur the wallpaper is soggy.
