All THE Shed Company products are fully-bolted portal frame design, clear-span buildings that are offered in a huge range of sizes, styles and models including widths from 3 metres to 24 metres, bay sizes from 3 metres to 6 metres, eave heights from 2.4 metres to 6 metres and a choice of 10°, 15°, 20°, 25° or 32.5° roof pitches to match your existing surroundings.
You can add skillion awnings up to 6 metres wide on either or both sides as well as gable awnings also up to 6 metres wide on either or both ends of your building.
The state of the art computer technology used by THE Shed Company allows the immediate design and costing of the exact building you want, while you wait. This technology also creates a detailed plan view plus full colour elevations of your proposed building immediately for you, so you can see how your new building will look and know exactly what it will cost.
All THE Shed Company products are full sized buildings - ie. The actual dimensions of your building slab and your building are exactly the same.
THE Shed Company uses only Heavy Duty .47 TCT grade cladding on the roof at no additional cost to you and all roof cladding is fixed through the rib which means that there is no possibility of leaks occurring.
You have a choice of a large range of different cladding and rainwater profiles which allows you to create the look you want.
You can choose from the full range of COLORBOND © high tensile XRW colours with colour matched fixings - your building will look better.
THE Shed Company offers you an unrestricted range of roller, sliding, sectional overhead and roller shutter doors and we can include remote roller door controls in your building for a small additional cost .
All THE Shed Company building kits include hold-downs, at no additional cost.
We supply you with a full set of engineering plans and specifications and architectural drawings and will arrange your Council permit for you.
Standard
COLORBOND ® steel is on a ZINCALUME ® base and is one of the most advanced building materials in the world. Its superior oven-baked finish resists chipping, peeling and cracking. It is also non-combustible and termite resistant, protecting your valuable assets against the harsh Australian climate and comes with a warranty from BlueScope Steel of up to 15 years against perforation in the natural elements.
All the building components manufactured for THE Shed Company by Stramit Building Products are designed, produced and tested to the relevant Australian Standards and codes and are backed by that company's warranty to perform as specified.
In addition, you will have the extra security of THE Shed Company's 25-year structural warranty on your building and a 6-year warranty on all workmanship.
THE Shed Company suppliers are constantly testing and evaluating both new and existing materials and building components to ensure their actual performance meets all requirements. Testing is carried out initially "in house", then again by an independent testing authority to substantiate the test results.
This testing takes the guesswork out of engineering design, gives you peace of mind and ensures that THE Shed Company remains the industry leader in product design and development for your benefit.
